Chuck Galis, Principal

Chuck Galis began his real estate career in 1970. His first development venture came in 1983, when he developed Milledge Commons Financial Center for the Robinson-Humphrey Company. Since then, his focus has been on developing investment-grade properties exclusively in the Athens market. His long list of achievements includes The Historic Georgian, The Village at Cedar Shoals, The Bank of America Building, Oakbrook Corporate Campus, and WestPark Center among others. The Seasons, a unique condominium community is under construction now. A real estate major, Chuck earned his business degree from the University of Georgia.

Jane Galis, Chief Financial Officer

Jane, also a UGA business school graduate, majored in accounting. She serves as Chief Financial Officer at Galis Properties, where she is responsible for managing development budgets for numerous complex, multi-million-dollar real estate projects. Additionally, she oversees the property management and property owners' association functions of the business, and works closely with architects and land planners during the design phase of each project.
